*** Athletes must maintain a 14-minute mile. Athletes must pass mile 5.5 (Main Street & South Clinton Ave before 8:45am. This is 1:15 mins after the race starts. Athletes who reach this point after 8:45am will be directed to the finish line and will only complete the 10k course ***
